Glance to the side,
Glimpse through the window,
To a world far away,
Where no one knows me.
My gentle thoughts,
Take me drifting down,
A river of imagination
Where anything goes
Flowing so softly
The water within is so calm
Gentle thoughts turn
To a new scene in my mind
Overtaking my consciousness
My thoughts go where they please
Down a path, through a forest
Places most at ease in me
Day dreaming goes on
Soothing to the soul
Nightmares prompted alone by darkness
Hidden places in my mind are where I most feel like me
The idea is that you read the whole poem normally, and then go back through and read just the bolded words.
